We undertake all types of Legal Aid work. We are registered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide criminal legal assistance. An assessment of the availability of Legal Aid can be made at our Office.

If you receive certain State Benefits such as Income Support, Jobseekers Allowance or Working Families Tax Credit you will qualify automatically for certain types of Legal Aid on financial grounds. Other Benefits may also qualify you for Legal Aid but with a small contribution to be paid.
